10 days - 2 weeks here. It was the same when I slipped up and ate dairy by accident.

Do you mean difference to the colic?

OohOod · 29/11/2014 21:19

2 weeks exactly after each trial.

3-4 weeks I remember thinking, wow what a different baby now. He'd sit in his buggy, car seat happily, his skin was better. May have been earlier but 3- 4 weeks was when I felt confident it was a proper change iykwim

I went fairly free as dd had a cmpi. Took about 2 weeks to make a difference. I thought I'd be off cheese and booze for the whole year (ended up being 18months) that I fed her.

As it was she was fine with dairy once we'd started weening. Very odd.

I've started seeing an improvement in just over 24 hours! Is that even possible??? Or a coincidence with, perhaps, her gut just maturing or something? (Baby is 20 days old)

Yeah i notice a difference the same day. I don't eat any dairy apart from occasionally cheese and if i do she'll be really windy that evening. I did the same with ds.
