10 month self weaning - pregnant

how would i know if my baby was self weaning? she seems to be refusing her normal feeds. ive heard that babies can just stop nursing when you are pregnant so getting worried

Thank you! I would definitely like to keep breastfeeding (Really rough start, finally sorted out and completely weaned back to breast only at 5 1/2 months!! I feel like i have had no special nursing time :()
