How long did engorgement last for you? Or until you stopped feeling painfully full?

DD is 2 weeks tomorrow and EBF, feeding every 2-3 hours (3-4 at night) and gaining weight well. However, I'm always desperate for her to feed as my boobs get so full and lumpy. She tends to only feed off one boob as she falls asleep so quickly! How long til things might become more comfortable? Thanks.

I think it slowly improves so that you don't notice that it has improved little be little IYSWIM.

Still there at 8 weeks

DS1 is 7 wks and I've just noticed the last few days that my boobs feel a lot softer but they still get a but full and lumpy at night. He's also started going longer between feeds so I hope my boobs catch on to that soon!
