Dropping the night formula feed and swapping back to breast milk

So, I've posted loads and I'm sure your all sick of it but really need advice.

DD was breastfed for days 0-5, then switched to formula due to cracked nipples and stuff, but at day 10 she latched herself on and fed during skin to skin so she now had breastmilk during the day, and thanks to breastfeeding support she can now feed fairly efficiently in the day. But I'm still giving her formula when she wakes at 10pm, 2pm and 6am. Mainly because I'm scared of her suffering / lack of supply etc. But I want her to be EBF again really, so what's the best way to wean the bottle at night and get her back on the boob? Do I do 1 bottle a week or would that be too long a time? I'm going to start taking fenugreek too so I can build my supply x ps she's 4 weeks old on Monday and has gained nearly 2lbs on her birth weight x

I would maybe give the formula at 10pm for now, and bf at the other feeds.

How often are you feeding in the day? Maybe increase as will help with supply

She was continuously on me all day Monday - Thursday this week but yesterday we managed 20-30 mins per side every 1.5-2 hours so was a major improvement

I would carry on like that then as sounds good. Keep one bottle if you want her to accept bottle from dh sometimes. After a week or two you can start bottle once every other day/ every 3 days just so she keeps accepting it so emergencies if you need to be out
