Sudden drop in length of time spent feeding

For the past couple of days the amount of time my 3 month old spends breastfeeding has dropped from about 2 hours per day to just over an hour. He is still having plenty of wet and dirty nappies and seems to be alert when he is awake. Do I need to contact the health visitor or doctor about this or is it fairly normal?

This sounds pretty normal to me - they do get more efficient, over time. If he seems well to you, then I would trust that.
