Missing 1 feed, will I need to pump at the restaurant?

So very excitingly I have a rare evening out soon and won't be able to bf the evening feed.

I guess everyone is different but in all likelihood will I be in agony until I get home? Planning on feeding when I get in as I won't be drinking and can do the missed dream feed.

I can go for 4 hours without pumping/feeding. After that it starts to get uncomfy and leaky. DD is 11 weeks. Enjoy!!

Skipping one feed should be fine. How old is your baby?

make sure you take spare breast pads for leakage!!

If it's terrible suddenly, you could always nip to the loos and express a little bit off. I was out with a friend whose boobs had suddenly filled up in the restaurant and we snuck off together while she expressed in the toilet cubicle. I was a bit [shocked] as she aimed her milk straight down the loo! But she had been in agony and just let enough go to feel comfortable again. There's no need to be in discomfort on your lovely night out.
