Spitting up and aptamil anti reflux milk

Hi my little girl has always spat up quite badly. At 4 months old it got worse and she got really uncomfortable and was refusing 3/5 of her bottles most days. Yesterday I brought some anti reflux milk and she seems back to her old self. Just not too happy that her milk comes out teat slower but we gonna get faster teats. Just wondering what peoples experiences are of this milk? When I'm weaning can I add it to food or use the normal aptamil. Also 2 of her bottles a day the morning one and evening one she takes fine as sleeps straight after so should I or could I give normal aptamil on those 2 and anti reflux milk during day when she's more active and obviously uncomfortable? Any advice welcome

I have no experience wrt the formula, but I do know that at 6 months you can use whole cows milk in cooking/with cereal instead of formula. You just shouldn't use it as their "main drink".
