Mixing a bottle of ready made formula with my own powder formula

You mean making the formula in advance and using it later? Yes it's okay to do this, but you must cool it quickly and keep refrigerated. It's not as safe as making up fresh but it's the next best thing if you can't make it up as needed.

Oh... sorry do you mean topping up (e.g.) 4oz of powder-and-water formula with a bottle of ready to feed formula? I don't see why not.

I would make the powder one first so it dissolves properly in the water but other than that I don't see any issues at all :)

I would make it up separately but see no reason why you couldn't mix them.
