DS won't settle after bottle of expressed milk

Just wanted to see if anyone else had experienced this?

Ds is 4 weeks and we've introduced a bottle of expressed milk once a day (ish) from last week. He takes it well and is full up (turns away when he's done).

However he just won't go to sleep until he's seen a boob again! Last night he was obviously tired, we tried to get him to sleep as we normally would (rocking, cuddling etc.) but he didn't sleep until I bf him 2 hours later.

It's early days and the bottle is very much for social reasons (don't hate me, I'd like an evening out) so not urgent- but interested in others' experiences.

No advice as at 16 weeks I still can't get my LO to take a bottle of anything so no nights out for me...

ds is 22 weeks and ebf. he has the occasional bottle of expressed milk. tho doesn't look like he enjoys it lol and will not settle after like boob.
this is dc2 and i was desperate to get my life back so i now go out once a fortnight and dh can give him a bottle of expressed milk then rocks him to sleep in car seat. not ideal but works for us... the other night i stayed out till gone midnight!!!! it was amazing!!

Ok.. we'll keep going. Not sure I could stay awake until midnight ;-)
