Storing expressed breast milk - train journey and hotel

I have a question about the best way to express and store milk whilst working away.

I have a 13wk old EBF son. I am freelance and need to do a few days work while on maternity leave. Next week I need to travel down South and do 2days work - Mon and Tues 9.30am - 5.30pm. DH has taken time off work to come with me and look after DS while I work so I can feed in the morning/ evening/ night and potentially during lunch break. We'll be travelling by train on Sun night and staying in a hotel.

Any advice gratefully received! In particular -

Will I be able to express in advance? How long will it keep if we take it by cool bag on a train? Or am I better expressing in the mornings pre work and during working day?

I assume you'll want to express a bit during the working day too? I think you could take frozen milk with you in a cool bag, and then put it in a fridge at the hotel - would this work? We did this the other week when I had to go away with work and husband and baby came along. It worked fine.

Good luck!
