She is 4 months and I want to stop bf but she screams and doesn't seem to associate a bottle with food! She won't suck it. Any tips?

Have you tried it when she's asleep?

DS is 4mo too and we have decided to move to ff from ebf - it's not easy!

We thought it would be less confusing for DS if DH gave the bottles to start with while he got the hang of it. We started with the 10:30/11am feed... 1st day he didn't take anything, 2nd day at the same time he took 80ml , 3rd day he took 100ml... today Day 7 he had 150ml Grin

It is quite hard, watching DS do it reminds me of the early bf days- finding the right position, being patient as he fusses, then coughs and you have to reposition etc! But we're getting there veeeerrryyy slowly!
