Does breastmilk need to be thrown out?

I took out a frozen milk last night and put it in fridge to thaw. This morning it wasn't complete defrosted so I left it at room temp as I needed it this afternoon. Turns out I never so I asked my partner to put it back in fridge but he forgot. Does it need throwing or can I use it tomorrow? It will have been left in fridge overnight and then left at room temp at 12-11pm (it was still frozen a bit)

If it was still partially frozen when it went back in the fridge, it might be OK, but to be honest, whilst I would subject it to the sniff test, and then consider risking it in my coffee, I wouldn't risk it for a baby.

it should be used within 24 hours once defrosted. I dont think I would risk it tbh if it was left out for hours at room temperature
