Breast feeding when ill with a poorly 3 month old

Hello! Looking for some experienced mums advice. Have come down with some sort of virus. Blocked nose, sore throat and now having temperatures and being sick. My EBF DD seems to have similar despite my best efforts to keep her germ free. She has been off colour all day and now started being sick too this evening.

I'm guessing the best thing to do is to keep offering her the breast in the hope she takes some and keeps it down? Still having wet nappies so not dehydrated yet but bit worried about my milk supply as struggling to drink.
By 3 months would my supply be fairly robust?

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Is she your only? You need to rest rest rest. Can you get some rehydration sachets (like diarolyte or similar) to help you keep some fluids down. Drink very slowly but steadily.

As long as DD is having plenty of wet nappies you can be sure she's not dehydrated.

Look after yourself and get well soon. [Thanks]

She is! Bonus of no other children to try and look after too! Am trying to rest but because she feels rubbish (I'm guessing) she just wants to be walked around the house while I just want to lie down! Don't have any rehydration sachets but might send DH out for some. Plain water isn't staying down :(
