Transitioning fifteen month old to cows milk from BM.

Has anyone got any tips? I don't want to be feeding ds2 forever (I know I won't be) but he spits out any milk other than BM. I'm not quite sure what to do.

He may not actually need it - my DS1 never liked cow's milk, still doesn't. As long as he's getting enough fluids and the appropriate nutrients (eg from other dairy), he'll be fine - cow's milk is just a handy source of those.
