So, I think we had our last breastfeed this morning. She's just not interested and hasn't fed more than once every three days and not off the right side at all. I am finding it upsetting to try and coax her onto the boob when she used to never say no so I think I am going to stop.

I am rather hormonal and sad. (And a bit sore on the right side)

She is 19 months old (I am 19 weeks pregnant and I think my milk has dried up)

Do I have to give her cow's milk now? She has this now and again but not regularly. How much?

You don't have to give cows milk, the NHS recommend 300 ml a day simply to cover the daily calcium needs. If she eats a good diet and gets this much calcium already then you don't have to give milk.
