Tips for reducing engorgement while away for a couple of days?

DS is 20 months, and I've got a business trip planned for later this month. When I've been away for a night recently, I got painfully engorged & leaky by the second day, even with expressing.

Any tips? DS seems to be going through a bit of a clingy stage, so I don't want to exacerbate that, but was thinking of reducing feeds a bit before I go so I have an easier time when away.

How long before should I start to reduce to have an effect? Any great tips for how to distract DS? At the moment he feeds for ages at bedtime, often wakes up for a top up around 11 pm, then another feed at 6 am, and will feed several times during the day if he can.

No idea sorry slightly. Have you tried talking it through with a BFC on one of the helplines? Smile
