Had a rubbish start to feeding DS3. TT nipples shredded. It took a long time for my nipple to heal. I have been left with nipple vasospasm in my right nipple a bit like raynaulds.

DS3 has this wk bitten and pulled so much at my right nipple that he has made what I can only describe as a crater and crevice in my nipple.

I cant believe I am back there again.

Weirdly though its like he has bitten through a milk duct. My nipple is now pouring milk and I am back to soaking through breast pads.

Can this be right could he have done something to a milk duct which means its always dripping milk?

What can I do to heal it quickly?

Oh that sounds soo painful! You poor thing. TBH I'd get the GP to have a look. Nipple shields? Lansinoh?

The good thing about nipples is they heal quick. Avoid feeding on that side for 24 hours and let it heal.

I would love to avoid feeding on that side. But he always has both sides at each feed.

Am loath to go to the GP as ours are not atall clued up re bf. I was told with DS2 that there was no nutritional value to feeding past 6mth. Shock
