Lo is 4 days post snip, and as I sit here in the 4th hour of near constant feeding, in a puddle of spit up, I'm paranoid there will be no improvement.? I was never in pain, but have long, frequent inefficient feeds which typically get spat up.
I've heard 7 to 10 days to see a change, but I was warned that in a Baby this old her habits may be too ingrained.
When I can get her latch bigger, she does now takes bigger gulps rather than just nibble and wonderfully, has gone back to sleeping well at night.. But, I just want an end to being stuck feeding on a plastic sheet for hours, and hours. NB she can't get a bottle in her mouth, so I have no alternative.
