How can I find out if a medication is safe to take whilst breastfeeding?

I've been prescribed diltiazem hydrochloride cream for an anal fissure.
The dr phoned someone up whilst I was there and checked it, but I still feel a bit uneasy and I'm struggling to find something online.
Can anyone advise where I might be able to double check?

Fortunately, the bfn pharmacist emailed me back last night and said she had no concerns with me using the cream and breastfeeding. Really hope it does what it should do now and clear up my painful bum!
