White spots on nipple and milk PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!

My boyfriend had twins back in 2009 there mum walked out being premature the doctor told me more about inducing lactation so I started within weeks I had milk which was great I breastfed them on demand for the first year of there life and then breastfed the girls until they were 3 years old. I am ovulating at the moment but my nipples are very sore, my left nipple is quite puffy compared to the right side but the girls prefered the left side to the right I have got white spots on my left nipple its not leaking milk but if I squeeze it thinking it will ease the pain then a small amount of white fluid has come out.

The girls being 4 years old now do sometimes ask for milk but I have stopped expressing 3 months ago

Am I lactating again? I am not pregnant 100% or is it because I am ovulating?

Its like 3 little white dots underneath my nipple its really puffy and sore she is suckling quite hard right now and feels a tiny bit better already so I think she is clearing it hopefully she will

Its 3 little dots underneath my nipple which is really sore and puffy though my right nipple is 100% fine I am nursing Jasmine now feels a tiny bit better so I think that she is easing it up hopefully getting rid of it I told her she can nurse as long as she wants usually its 30 mins but right now I want to get rid of this!!!!!!!!

I think you've done something truly amazing, and you should be so proud of yourself.
I had a milk bleb I had to sort of soak it and scrape the skin off and then when bitesize porkpie nursed she basically sucked it out. I hope you get rid of it x
