Oh I remember that day with ds1, I thought it was a myth... but one day I no longer had to turn on the light at night to see what he was doing and he could just be shoved in the general direction and latch on! Eagerly awaiting ds2 who is 1 week old to get to that stage!

I don't have to turn the light on at night anymore. His has happened In the last week, and my baby is nearly four months. I've also noticed that he doesn't mind so much if I shift position (reach for my iPad...) while he's feeding. If anyone could have shown me this when I was struggling and crying over it at two weeks in, I'd have never really believed it.
