Refused bottle of EBM - safe to try again later?

DS is 8 weeks old and EBF on demand but we'd like him to be happy to take a bottle of EBM so at some point in the future I can go out for a few hours! For the last two nights he has taken a bottle of expressed milk from DH with minimal fuss, but tonight after initially going for it he decided it was not happening and had a bit of a scream until I fed him from the usual source.
Is it ok to try again later with the same bottle or should I sterilise a new one? I'm new to the whole bottles thing and find it all quite confusing(not planning to regularly express, would just like him to take a bottle so the option is there in the future). Please don't say the milk now has to go to waste!! Also, I've read a lot about babies refusing different types of teat - does the fact that he has taken a couple of bottles(TT closer to nature ones) indicate that that is not the issue?
Any advice would be much appreciated - thanks!

Our midwife said that BM is fine for up to 4 hours out of the fridge so I've always taken that to mean that it's fine for the bottle to be used in that time too and it's never been an issue for us.
