Blocked duct 4 months after stopping feeding?

I started weaning my daughter onto bottle at the end of September, by mid October she was fully bottle fed, I had minimal issues with engorgement and discomfort, and I've never had a blocked duct in my life until now, despite feeding 3 babies. This last couple of days I have noticed a ropy hard lump in my right breast, on the upper outside quadrant. It runs for about 2 inches with bobbly bits and stringy bits.
My question is, how amd why the hell have I seemingly got a blocked duct now, and how the hell do I get rid of it? I can express but it's not more than a dribble. Would a breast pump work at this stage?

It is slightly sore, but not massively so.
