11 month old not bothered about bedtime milk

My 11 month old little boy has all of a sudden cut back on the amount of milk he'll drink before bed. He's gone from having a 7oz bottle to only drinking 4oz, and tonight he only had 2.5oz! Is this rapid change normal? He seems well so I'm not putting it down to sickness. Thanks.

does it affect his sleeping? Is he still taking milk/milk products at other points in the day? Is his dinner close to his bedtime milk?

From 1 year they only need 300mls worth of milk/milk products so if he is having other sources of the same nutrients then it doesnt matter if he doesnt want much at bedtime

He sleeps well and has a 7oz bottle as soon as he wakes, alongside a daily dose of vitamin drops (recommended a couple of months ago by health visitor due to him cutting out his afternoon bottle.)

If this is quite then normal I'll not worry too much about getting him to drink milk before bed.

That sounds normal to me. It's natural that they are less interested in milk as they get older / get more of their nutrients from food.

Definitely less interested, just wants to play lol! Grin
