13wo fussing, feeding and not napping: any advice?

Help!
My 13wo dream easy DS is changing into a fussy non napper.
It's only in the daytime thank heavens (so actually I feel I can't really moan).
But the days are slipping back into chaos as our slack routine gets even slacker which means I am really struggling to look after grumpy 2.5yo twin DDs.
He seems to want to feed but then fusses and flails around getting really stressed and really windy. Naps have shrunk to about 30/40mins instead of 2 wedges of 2hrs. So he's really tired too - as am I!
Wd quite like to substitute one feed a day for FF so that DH or anyone else can do it.
Is this a good time and is it crazy to do at 7pmish bedtime? He still has dream feed at 10ish so that would be BF as would all other feeds.
Any advice hugely welcome!

That must be hard for you. Is there a bfing support group you can get to? Has he been checked for tongue tie?
