Poorly EBF 11wo feeding less - what can I do?

DS2 is 11 weeks old and has been poorly on and off for the last month. At the moment he has had a cold for over a week and has a cough, gummy eyes etc. He is not in much of a routine yet but is definitely feeding less often and taking less at feeds than when he is well.

I'm not sure if I should be doing anything to keep up my supply? My breasts are sometimes engorged and uncomfortable although not painful. I have been trying to express a bit but it's difficult to find time - DS2 is only napping in the sling at the moment and DS1 has chicken pox.

Any advice gratefully received! It could be I'm worrying about nothing but I want to make sure he is getting enough milk and that my supply won't suffer while he is nursing less.

I should add he was weighed last week and has dropped from 98th centile at birth to below 75th so am already trying to keep an eye on his feeding but can't go to weigh this week due to the pox!
