MAM teats on Avent bottles - how to fit them?!

In a desperate attempt to get my recently refusing 12 week old to take a bottle of EBM I've bought some MAM teats based on the great advice on here. I read that they fit Avent bottles - But I can't work out how! The MAM teat doesn't have the extra lip that the Avent one has and just falls out of the lid/seal thing. Anyone know about this?? Thanks!

Doh - just tried putting the bottle on too and that seems to hold it in place. Is that sufficient?

Yep, they work quite well as a combination. You do lose a bit of the anti colic action that is built in to the avent teat and my little one loves Mam teats but got a bit annoyed when they were on avent bottles as she got a bit of a vacuum. Once I'd switched back to the Mam anti colic bottles she was fine, it's so much less stressful, but avent bottles are easier to use than Mam ones.
