If I don't eat enough, will my milk supply drop?

Just that, really. When I was pregnant, I lost the sensation of hunger for some reason. I thought it would come back when I had my son but it hasn't (he's a week old) and I keep forgetting to eat. I sat down tonight at 10pm and realised I'd not eaten a single thing all day. Not on purpose, I just didn't remember to. I'm really worried this will affect my milk supply. If anyone has any advice that would be great.

No, but it won't do you much good. Set alarms on your phone prompting you to eat regular meals, and make sure you drink plenty too.

Thank you, I didn't even think of that.

I had the same issue. Try & have something to eat handy while you're breastfeeding. You're pinned dorm anyway you might as well tuck in too!

Just make sure it's stuff you can eat one handed, that is either cold to start with or you don't mind getting cold.
Oh and that doesn't crumble easily! After having to guiltily pick a bit of biscuit out of my DC's hair the other day I highly recommend non crumbly food items. (Or covering DC with a muslin while you eat)

Also, this is something that your DH can help with, which can be a great thing in the early days when a lot f things are all down to the mother- my DH used to make a little meal pack for me in the mornings, and set up a few water bottles (as forgetting to eat never hurt my supply, but forgetting to drink enough definitely did!).

Good luck with the crazy busy early days!

Google 'lactation cookies', they help supply too. as does drinking lots, so make sure you're doing that too
