Underside of breasts numb

So DD is 16 weeks and ebf. For a while now I've noticed some numbness of the underside of both breasts. It can range from very numb to having some feeling but it's never 'normal'.

Any idea of what this could be? There's no pain.

I totally have this. I can pinch the skin on the underside and not feel a thing. TBH I've had it for a while, way before EBF DD. I just assumed it was something to do with the skin being stretched and knackered due to excessive change in boob size since puberty (due to weightgain, weightloss, pregnancy etc).
