Why?! Is my milk not enough now or is she just comfort sucking? Help!

Comfort suxcking, normal. My ds2 slept attached to the boob like that!

Sure?

I would say so but if its a supply issue, unlikely at this age, then the extra sucking/feeding will give your body the message to make more milk.

Could baby maybe be teething or coming down with a bug? That will make them want to feed more as well.

She's got a cold, but is less snuffly and streaming tonight. She can actually breathe through her nose quite well at the minute!

I'm hoping to start weaning her off breastfeeding now/soon so would be grateful to her for not upping my supply!

My ds has been like this recently (he's 6 months next week). Gave in and have been co sleeping for last week so I could get some sort of sleep. His first tooth broke through last night and been better tonight (although he's still in bed with me).

God I'm tired! Please cross your fingers that she's better tonight!

Some babies sleep with a dummy all night, babies like to suckle.
