5 month old sudden low supply/ very fussy feeds

In the last couple of weeks my breasts feel incredibly soft at all times. Before now I would have relatively engorged breasts in the morning and between feeds I would notice them refilling. They are usually soft by the evening but DS didn't seem to mind! He is almost 5 months and exclusively BF. Why would my supply be low all of a sudden? He has lots of wet nappies and is gaining weight but fussing slot more at the breast, feeding much more during the night and doesn't seem very satisfied (often crying and getting distressed mid feed). He also consistently dream feeds. He has always done this quite a bit, but not at every feed like he is at the moment. He is also pulling at his ears and vomiting up a lot of milk when he burps after feeds. All this is worrying me but he is wetting lots and gaining weight! Advice would be appreciated please!

Your breasts don't continue feels engorged like they do at the beginning - after a few months your supply regulates and you stop leaking or feeling full between feeds. Doesn't mean your supply is low.

If he's pulling at his ears he could be teething.

Thanks for your response, is it common for the supply to regulate so my breasts are incredibly soft so very suddenly? It really was over night! And if DS is getting enough milk I don't understand why he is so unsettled at the breast these days, and suckling excessively through the night (not proper feeding really just a comfort suck mainly!) and being much more sick than usual. Thanks again
