Getting breastmilk stains out of clothes

Hi all

Anyone got any good recommendations for getting greasy breastmilk stains out of clothes? I am noticing them on stuff I have already washed. I usually wash at 30 degrees using something Method laundry liquid or Ecover but am happy to get out the environment-killing big chemical guns if it saves my clothes!

soak in biotex before washing, and wash with soda crystals added to washing powder, extended rinse, should shift it.

I use Persil and wash at 40 and only ever had the odd stubborn breast milk stain - in which case fairy liquid does a great job of lifting the grease out.
