Weaning my 21 month old off breastfeeding

Any tips that could help me wean my 21 month old son would be most welcome. I have, in the last few weeks, successfully night-weaned him but am now looking to stop the morning and evening (and around 1 or 2 daytime/nap time) breast feeds. He seems pretty attached to feeding but I feel ready to stop. I am happy to take a relaxed, slower approach but feel like I need to set myself goals otherwise I can see this continuing for another year. Any tips that have worked for other mums will be gratefully received. Thank you.

I stopped around a similar age with dd we were down to morn and eve by that point. I just used distraction, bedtime we had recently moved from a flat to a house ad dd kind of dropped it herself with excitment of climbing the stairs I did push her a little, we would feed downstairs so I just excitedly said shall we go upstairs and she forgot about the feed.

Morning was slightly more difficult and meant we couldn't cuddle in bed for a month or so as long as we got up she would'nt ask. Even then after a month she would sometimes ask at which point I would say oh no we need to go downstairs and make breakfast. The dd's last feed was christmas eve actually I used the excitment of new toys for a few days after christmas to help her forget about the morning feed.
