Lactation consultant who knows about lip tie?

My 3.5 month old has lip tie (not treated) and I'm wondering if it needs corrected to help feeding. Issues are:

Feeding:
Right side only: clicking when feeding, nipple compression leaving white lines on nipple after squashing during feeding, milk blister that doesn't go away

Both sides: often falls asleep when feeding but still eats while sleeping, seems to slip off as feed go in and end up almost chewing nipple

Between feeds: windy, refluxy, will only sleep in sling or screams self to sleep at night. In distress around 45 mins after every feed and increasingly shortly after each feed. Possets clear liquid and also throws up curdled milk frequently. Makes throat clearing noises, regurgitates milk into mouth quite often after every feed.

Would really like to have a consultation with someone knowledgeable about lip tie as well as other bf issues in case this is part of it. Am in sw London.

Grateful for any suggestions as getting pretty desperate at this stage.

Malcolm Levinkind in East Finchley.

He is a paed dentist who trained with Dr Kotlow. He uses laser and revises tongue ties and lip ties.

Lip ties very rarely come without a tongue tie btw.
