Blister on breast, what should I do?

Hi all, I'm EBF DS and he's 6 months. Had what I think was a blocked duct this week but it went after feeding and massage.
Feeding on the same side is still really painful. On closer inspection I have a small white spot on my nipple. Could this be a blister? I should know what I'm doing this is my second baby... All advice appreciated.

I got some sort of infected something and in the end I begged the bf support workers to lance it...

You need someone who knows about feeding to have a look IMHO.
