Is it just a big white lie they tell you at the clinic that you regain your figure back quicker by breast feeding ?

Don't seem to have lost anything since the birth except the weight of the baby 3 months ago!!

Am NOT dieting..walking very fast everywhere but still it ain't budging!

Anyone else the same?

Hmmm...my flabby tummy hasn't gone, despite fact I am a stone lighter...think I am stuck with it .

I always say that ds might as well have been sucking at my bottom as all the weight I lost seems to have gone from there. I'm a completely different shape now to pre him. Dd made no difference but with ds lost all the weight really quickly and am now more than a stone lighter than before pregnancy, have to concentrate hard to avoid putting it on now I've stopped bfing though.

I lost loads of weight after breastfeeding my ds1 and again some more weight bf my dt's. Before pregnancy I was 11 stone ish, and now I am just under nine stone.

With me, it seemed directly linked to how much calories the babies were taking. All three of my boys were small babies, and then after birth, they didn't even lose any weight in the first week. Instead put on just over a llb a week for the first four weeks (the twins each put that amount on), and by that time all the weight had just dropped off.

My appetite was huge, and it is tailing off now as at 20 months the twins are not having so much. Hope I don't put it all on when we eventually stop.

Does seem to be an individual thing, I guess I was lucky?!
