Nursing pillow for large baby/toddler

Hi my 4 month is is having an operation and afterward will need some extra support for breastfeeding. I was wondering if anyone can recommend a pillow for larger babies. He is about 10 kilos or 21 lbs so almost toddler size and most pillows look more suited to newborns.

I never bothered with a nursing pillow myself. I used the cushions and pillows I have at home. And as a result never needed one

Thanks but I won't be at home, I will be in hospital. Any recommendations for a nursing pillow would be very much apreciated!
