What my boobs are like after 2 years breastfeeding

Exactly the same size, shape as before.

Would love to go back and tell all those people who told me that breastfeeding makes then sag, disappear etc etc Hmm

No one is the same.

And only time will tell.

So my advise is to don't let worries about how your boobs look in the future affect your choices you make today as you will never know what will happen in the future.

I have to admit this is something of a relief to read! DD is over 20 months now, still bfing like a trooper, and I have up admit I've started to wonder how my boobs will be after all those months of her chomping and tugging at them.

I stopped over a year ago and mine are fine, they were fine when feeding, bigger at first and fine when prey (but huge) and when tandem feeding.

I have lost weight recently, down to a ten bottom half, but my boobs have stayed the same size.

I think the only difference is my aerola is slightly larger and darker.

I'm breast feeding my 5 month old, we both are just getting over thrush and she's been poorly and when she's poorly her latch is s**t! Wanna know what my boobs look like??

We did 3 yrs. mine are exactly as they were before I got pg. pert b cup.
Alas other bits of my body did not fare so well.

Forgot to add I stopped a month ago. :)

Same with stretch marks and stomachs that never return to pre pregancy shape. You never know how these things will affect you and no one is the same.

Not so lucky here. Bf 13 months, and boobs a bit deflated afterwards... Expecting dd2 now and happy they have refilled!

Maybe it depends on how much they change during preg/bf? I was 36a pre preg, bursting out of a 40d during bf, settled back to 36b after weaning, so not surprising I suppose that it took its toll.

I stopped a month ago after 3.4 years of it and they are not round my knees, thank you very much all those people who predicted they would be, in fact they are if anything slightly more pert than previously.

Mine certainly aren't as pert BUT have no stretch marks and a nice flat stomach..I'm more likely to wear a bikini than flash my boobs so I'll take what I've got and be happy.

BFing for many many years had no effect on my small and reasonably firm boobs.

Being over 40 is leading to a bit of sagging, but they'll do.

Breastfeeding doesn't ruin your boobs. Mine are still magnificent.

You are lucky ladies! I used to have very pert 32E's, but after 6 yrs of breastfeeding (3 babies one after the other, not BF a 6yr old!), I have sad little saggy ones now Shock
But I don't mind anyway... it was all worth it Grin

Within a week of stopping breastfeeding mine went down two cup sizes and look rather sad and deflated now. Apparently it's not breastfeeding that does that though, it's pregnancy. Breastfeeding just delays it!
Even if breastfeeding did directly cause your tits to end up in your shoes, is a fucking lame reason not to do it.

Mine were better after breastfeeding DS1 for a year and a half than before. Sort of rounder and softer.

I'm feeding DS2 now and if this stuffs them up, I will be deeply bitter. They are awful and massive while breastfeeding. Grin

Mine hang a lot lower than they did, but weirdly all my clothes fit better than before. And I'm the lightest weight I've been since becoming an adult despite eating cake every day.

Ruined permanently. And that after 2 months of being utterly miserable, utterly exhausted, being rarely able to leave the house as son required to be fed roughly every 90 minutes day and night and on top of all that a health visitor who could do nothing but parrot " breast is best"

That's sad Caitlin - you clearly weren't well supported by your health visitor. Breast isn't "best" though, it's just normal, so she wasn't right there. But the breastfeeding won't have ruined your boobs - as others have said, it's genetics and pregnancy that are to blame.
Mine are ok. Seen better, seen worse! 3 yrs total bf for my 3.

Right, thank you for that patronising comment given you know nothing about me. Breasts were a neat 32a before, were fine during pregnancy, almost no increase in size. The rest of me was back to shape in next to no time with no stretch marks.

I hated breastfeeding. I knew it wasn't working , son was permanently hungry, if that is "normal" well sod it.
I did , due to the pressure being applied by health visitor, speak to someone at La Leche but her unbearable smugness was even less helpful than health visitor's. All the La Leche harpy could come up with was that I should just persevere with it.

bf-ed ds and dd for 4.5 years in total. I had pert small boobs prior. I think they are smaller now but still pert (the only advantage of petite norkage). My nipples are softer. I used to have permanently erect nipples (not sure why, I wasn't aroused) but that does not happen any more.

Caitlin - had exactly the same here and felt (feel) very angry about how I was wasn't supported. Also still have major hangs up about body because of impact
