8 month old, suddenly painful latch

Arghh, if it's not one thing, it's another!

I am ebf 8 month old twins, they have 4 teeth each - and had them for a while. I had a tiny bit of mastitis earlier this week which I managed to get rid of through fluids, ibuprofen, massage, hot showers, rest and lots of feeding on the lumpy side. It has cleared up okay now.

But DTD (who feeds mainly from the other, uninfected breast) has suddenly started to clamp down VERY hard while feeding. It's not biting as it's the whole way through the feed, latch is a bit shallow and is marginally better when I force a load of boob into her mouth but she is causing a build up of damage in that nipple. She does have a cough and snotty nose but it's fairly low level. Also I have had fairly chronic oversupply which is nigh on impossible to do anything about with twins who feed every 3 hours day and night! Any ideas? Apart from re-latching every time, which is tricky with an opinionated 8 month old!
