temazepam and breastfeeding - I forgot to ask my dentist???

Hi I had temazepam at the dentist early afternoon and want to know if I can now bf my nearly 8 month old baby now - any ideas much appreciated.

The effect seem to be wearing off me now.

I seem to recall I just waited a while before bfing my first child when I had had it.

I'd appreciate any tips!
