Hiya, I know underwired isn't recommended when BF but do you think it could be ok for a couple of hours? DH bday and i want to wear strapless. I don't wanna ruin milkducts as DS is only 6 months and i hope to keep feeding for a few more months at least.

I would wear it

PandaG · 26/06/2006 09:32

I would wear it too.

I would, unless you've been prone to mastitis, in which case I definitely wouldn't.

I wore an underwired bra when dd was about 6 months old so that I could go to a work do without my norks wobbling round my waist. It was fine, no problems at all, although it felt a bit strange after so long in maternity/nursing bras.

As long as the bra fits well and doesnt dig in anywhere fine. If it doesn't fit so well you should still be fine for a couple of hours.
