Should I have stopped the dream feed by now?

DD is 10.5 months - I should stopped dream feed by now shouldn't I?
She eats well, has 3 bottles in the day (7am, 3 pm and 7pm) plus milk on cereal and lunch and dinner. She isn't a massive milk drinker and it's unusual for her to finish any of the bottles.
Just scared to stop the dream feed as she's an early waker (5.45/6am - although not starving when she wakes up). Really don't want to risk night wakings for milk!
What are your experiences of giving up dream feed?

Ps my friends baby has gone 7 to 7 with no dream feed since about 3 months so I do feel DD doesn't 'need' it as such!

Well my Dd is 9.5 months and I've only just this week been brave enough to drop the dream feed. And it only really happened by accident!
All you can do is give it a go. Mine now sleeps from 7-7!
If she wakes the first day or 2 then just go back to it.
It depends on how much of an imposition on you it is. Does she feed and settle quickly? Does it stop you doing other things?
Try it, see what happens.

Funny. I was just thinking of reintroducing it! DS2 is 9.5 months and a bit of an early waker (6am) and I'm dreading the clocks going back! We stopped it at about 7 months.
