19 day old bf baby suddenly sicky

My 19 day old is bf with some difficulty as he has a tongue tie due to be seen tomorrow (we've waited two weeks for this appointment).
He's been windy since my milk came in, I assume due to bad latch but in the last 24hrs he suddenly won't be in any position except vertical and sicks up milk up to an hour after feeds. He's feeding pretty much continuously too often till he's sick :(

I just don't know what to do anymore and am not sure if I can keep holding him upright and feeding all night again.... Does anybody know what might be wrong? Is this just a worsening of his TT symptoms? Or something else entirely?
He's been having ebm top ups due to the TT - could we have poisoned him with off milk or bad sterilising?

Help????

Things will improve a lot once the TT is snipped. It goes make them feed a lot and pretty windy as the latch is poor.

Have you tried winding him sat on your lap, upright with your hand supporting his chin. Rotate him at a 30 degree tilt in a clockwise direction. It's a really good method for windy babies (and adults actually) to bring it up. Rubbing their back can make them worse if they are a sicky as it travels up the oesophagus.

Hang in there it will get better Smile

Sounds like it might be reflux, the vomiting doesn't always start straightaway.

And how do you know if the puking and not lying down is wind or reflux?
