Still sick 3 hours after feeding...? Milk allergy?

Hi.
My lo is pretty sicky (reflux) but he is often still being sick alot3 hours after his feed. The other night I fed him at 11pm and at 4am he was epicly sick. Last night he was sick 2.5 hours after his feed as I was getting him ready for his night time bottle at 6 and soaked through a vest, babygrow and bro bag.
He isn't gaining weight as he should which I've been putting down to reflux, but health visitor suggested seeing a dietitian in case of milk allergy. He is ff now and on ranitidine, domperidone etc. I've been skeptical of allergy as he isn't a projectile vomiter, more of a serial spitter, doesn't have eczema or many of the classic symptoms that I'd say. He does have quite bad face spots though. Could that be a milk allergy sign? Any experience welcome!
Thanks. X

Spots on his face and/or chest can be a sign - more like hives (not itchy) than eczema.

Not sure if the dietitian will be able to diagnose the allergy - really you'd need to get your GP to refer you to a paedeatrician to diagnose it then THEY would refer you to the dietitian and allergy clinic (well that's how it works where I live).

What are his nappies like? Really runny poo and lots of wind/discomfort could also be a sign.

He is on lots of gaviscon which bungs him up so its difficult to know if he might have runny poo without. Does get wind, but not uncomfortable with it.
Seeing a paediatrician next week too for his reflux so if I get no joy with dietician I at least have someone else to ask. Thanks. X
