Anyone used this formula to help reduce possetting/vomiting for 2 month old baby?

I used omneo comfort for DD when she was 8 weeks old and it worked lovely for a few weeks, i then started to add gaviscon infant to it but alas her possiting was bad and she is now on prescription milk for reflux.

doctor also mentioned that if trying different milks didn't help, they can prescribe thickener tro add to normal formula. not too sure about this - anyone else used it?

SMA do a milk called 'STAY DOWN' it is available to order and on Rx.

Used a thickener in ebm for a while with dd. It was fine , could mix into cold milk, and worked like cornflour. Had to use the variable teats though.

I have started to use this milk and it has made a HUGE difference..... no more large vomits and a much settled baby after nearly 8 weeks of continual crying/feeding he is now much more awake and wanting to play... i also use colief in the milk...... and no more problems with him getting his wind up either, as the milk is thicker he has slowed down his uptake of milk so he doesn't swallow as much air.... the acid reflux and that painful cry he did when he was sick have gone and he now has a much less anxious mum
