Best way to help 11 month old cope without milk for 10 hours (once)

Hello,
I BF my 11 month old daughter and she shows no signs of being ready to wean (as I had planed at 12 months). She still feeds all the time and is only marginally interested in food, though we always give it to her. She likes drinking water from a cup though and also sometimes a bit of cows milk.
I have to go away for work for one long day 8am-6pm when she'll be left with her dad. I'm not going to express- previously when I have she's never drunk it from a bottle, and so we're hoping she'll cope with water, some cows milk/yoghurt (which she loves) and some food like bananas.
Does anyone have experience of this and do you think she'll be ok? I won't be able to get back during that day so really looking for tips/reassurance.
Thanks.

She'll be fine - I left my son for a longer day when he was 8 months. As long as she is taking liquids and something to eat.
