hi, DS3 is 8months old, and I am going back to work in early November. What is the best way to swap him from boob to bottle?? Obv he is eating wee meals too, and already he takes 1 bottle at bedtime, but not sure how to swap - should I just give him a bottle one day instead of feeding him myself? and do this feed by feed over a few weeks? I want to still feed him myself through the night as it is easier, and he feeds quite a bit in the night. Also, he isn't on a 'schedule' as such, so will it be a case of just trying it and see?? any advice welcome!! Ta.

I did this at 4 months so obviously a bit different as he was still only on milk, but yes, just switch feed by feed to the bottle. I guess your DC is drinking water with his meals so it might be just as easy to give him his milk in a sippy cup.

By 8 months I wasn't pumping at work any more and I fed DC1 before and after work as well as during the day at the weekends without any major problems.

Good luck - at least he already takes a bottle so you won't have to battle with a bottle refuser!
