Sudden lack of let down in one breast at 7months

I am currently bf my 7 month old and i have noticed in the past few days that i have stopped feeling let down in my right breast. The right side has always been my bigger, more productive side and i noticed this especially when pumping, but when i have expressed in the last few days, it wont even let down to the pump at all.

I cant see anything visually on the breast but i do feel like my nipple is a bit tender and it is difficult to explain but i feel like a lack of 'relief' in the nipple after feeding from that side (not in the breast itself though, which feels normal and doesnt feel engorged or anything). I dont know whether im just imagining this though (?!).

I know there is still milk there because when i squeeze, milk comes out. But im so worried my supply is dropping or something, especially as ds is now on three solid meals a day, and doesnt seem to be bf for as long (although still as often as he was). Is this a possibility?

I've noticed I feel let down much less strongly or sometimes not at all since dd got well established on solids and fed for less time. I think it means they are sucking less strongly (as less hungry) and/or the boob is less full.

I wouldn't worry though as long as your ds seems happy.

if supply is dropping it's because he doesn't need as much milk any more, so it's a good thing that supply adjusts otherwise you'd be engorged. if he decided he wants more milk next week your supply will adjust back pretty quickly.
