Sterilising Philips Avent breast pumps

I have both a manual and electric Philips Avent breast pump, can I use my microwave steam steriliser on them or do I need to use a cold water steriliser? The flexible bits of the pump seem like they might warp in the microwave.

I sterilise my manual one,in an electric steriliser. haven't seen the electric one.

But I have an nhs one, that I sterilise, just not the rubber tube. You don't have to do it thou and can just wash with hot water, but I've got into the habit of doing it now.

I sterilise my electric Philips advent breast pump in the microwave steriliser. Works fine. I don't sterilise the plastic tubing.
