Upset stomach and bf baby...

I am suffering from an upset stomach - can I still bf my 5week old baby and will it affect him?

I'm no expert but have seen similar posts before and they said it's ok.
So I'm not the only person in the world awake at this time with baby then. She is 71/2 weeks and has been up every hour all night!
Hope you are feeling better soon - remember to drink loads to stay hydrated.

Please do keep bf your baby. That way, the baby will get your antibodies for whatever's wrong with your stomach (if it is a bug) and be protected.

And yes, drink lots of water.

dfinitely no problem whatsoever, you little one will get the antibodies against whatever you are suffering

just remember to drink LOADS of water

Hope you are feeling much better by now poolie. keep on with the feeding whilst you are poorly but drink plenty to keep yourself hydrated and keep washing your hands! I have a few Dr friends and they swear by frequent thorough hand washing as the best way of avoiding spreading nasties.
